I had a very good repair experience with Arden Automotive LLC. My auto dealer said I needed a brake job. I searched Google for a brake repair shop. David did excellent work and my car was ready the next morning. He charged me considerably less than the dealer had quoted. Also, he discovered that I needed a new headlamp and detected the loud noise I had been hearing--it was a bad front wheel bearing, which he replaced. I would heartily recommend Arden Automotive LLC.

Nasty Lady that answers the phone. I can't give a better review because i couldn't even get a decent phone call. I just needed freon added to my car because my brother changed my compressor and lines and instead of asking me anything about my car or what I needed, she asked if my brother was licensed to let freon into the air. Then said she'd call me back and hung up on me!!! Great customer service Lady! Top notch

I called on early a Friday morning for a sensor replacement. I was told I would be called back and never was. After waiting the extended Labor Day weekend I called back only to find out. “They don’t want to get into that.” This was a very unprofessional experience

My family and I have been using this business for years and they have never disappointed. We’re particular and they are the only people I trust besides myself to touch my cars. David is very talented at repairing all makes and models of vehicles - we have brought him everything from a 90’ civic to a 20’ F150. His wife acts as service writer and is as kind and personable as she is knowledgeable. Their pricing is very fair and they are faster than anyone else. You always be greeted by their dogs and catch a hello from a family member/friend when you pull up. Scope out all the cool old trucks while you’re at it. I love recommending them!

David was amazing to work with. Traveling I had a rear brake issue on a weekend. No one would take my call except Arden Automotive. David was kind, professional, and verified I could get to his location. The shop was clean, organized, and he welcomed my issue on Sunday morning. No nonsense quote, work done fast, and I tested his work by driving back to Nashville the next day. This guy knows his stuff. Make an appointment, verify the location, and breathe easy about the results. Thanks for keeping me safe my friend.
