Armando Auto Repair

I went to this repair shop because unfortunately the one I go to religiously was super booked. It was October of 2022 and I took my car in for a cam shaft sensor code. I paid the bill, and left under the presumption that my car was fixed, because according to the shop , it was. Not even two days later, the car is turning off. I take it in as soon as I can , which was 5 days later. The man runs a diagnostic and the same code as the previous time pops up. He verbally confirms to me it’s the same code. I left while they tried to figure out was the problem was. I received a call from the shop telling me it was a completely different issue. Over the phone we could not get to an understanding so I went in person. When I got there the owner was rude and I felt upset due to the fact that he refused to talk to me directly, instead the lady at the office was telling me what he was saying. When I asked him to please speak to me directly he didn’t(I also speak Spanish and the man was speaking Spanish, which I asked him to speak to me directly). He tried to tell me again it was not the same problem or even the same code until I told him his employee (man from when I first took it in) had told me it was. After a heated discussion where we were both mutually agitated, after I called him out for not speaking to me directly, he agreed he would review all possible problem so I would not have to be back to his shop. I paid yet another bill . Then a couple months later (today) , the vehicle has the same codes pop up. They said warranty was over and it could once again be multiple problems or the parts were faulty and I was going to have to pay for yet another diagnostic and repair bill. I drove my car to my regular shop where they will be looking into the codes . Moral of the story , yes, this place may seem more affordable and may take your car in fast but next time I’ll to stick with repair shops that actually offer warranty and won’t beat around the bush or even just give you a temporary fix to your vehicle.

Go anywhere up but here. Took my car in because it wasn’t turning on they said it was the alternator so I paid $525.25 to get it fixed. Same day picked it up and my car still wouldn’t want to turn on, so I told them and took it back the following morning. Then they said it was my fuel pump and it was going to cost me 600+ more. so my cars not fixed and I’m down 500+ bucks.

Have nothing but great experiences, gone in with car issues an they were able to fix the problem, while also not breaking the budget. Id recommend them hands down.

Great place to have your car worked on. Very professional and nice. Replaced my fuel pump and it was really quick. Car runs great. I will go back for any other repairs when needed.
