Very friendly. Fast and reasonably priced. Saved the day. Saved me from going to a sketchy repair shop. Referred me to a wonderful mechanic. Thank you. Highly recommend, great customer service.

I sold a disabled car through a third party vendor & they selected a local salvage yard to pick up & haul the car away. They chose Army's. The car was at my parents house as I live downtown and it could not be towed there. It was scheduled to be picked up 2 days before Christmas. The driver communicated professionally, was on time, friendly and easy to get along with. I was at work and unable to be there the day it was picked up, so the driver issued a check for the car instead of giving cash, which the driver told me on the phone ahead of time. That was no problem at all. However...the next morning (Christmas Eve) we realized that my parents had given my key to the car to the driver, but also accidently included the spare key to my daughters car. Also, the check that the driver had issued to them was now not on the table where she had left it, and she was worried that she might have accidently thrown it away. I called Army's immediately(less than 24 hrs after they picked up the car) and told them I needed that key back and asked them IF the check was indeed lost what the process would be to replace it. She said office people all had left for the holiday. I was very clear with the dispatcher that we were not certain that the check had been lost, and we would check further for it, but that I would stop in and get the key after the holidays and let them know about the check. She was pleasant and said that would be fine. If needed they could just issue me another check or pay me cash and just bring my ID to pick up the key. Wonderful. We ended up finding the check and taking it to the bank, which was a relief. I stopped in today (Jan 2) to retrieve the key and let them know the check wasn't lost and the lady in the office was VERY rude. She pulled the paperwork for the car and said she knew nothing about any key, and that she had cancelled payment on the check. She wanted to give me cash for the car. I told her that we had located the check and had already cashed it. She said well I put a stop payment on that check. I asked her why and she said well I didnt hear anything, so I stopped payment on it but I can give you cash now. I told her my bank already gave me cash for the check. She said well they shouldn't have, that's their problem then. Excuse me? I told her that when I had spoke with the dispatcher about the key and the check that I had been told I could stop in and pick up the key and that IF the check was lost I could let them know. The office lady then continued to have an attitude and saying she could give me cash for the car. She acted irritated and asked when I had called about the key. I told her the same time I called about the check. She looked it up and said the car was destroyed (along with the keys)the day before I called...which mind you was the same day it was picked up. I knew she was probably lying...but it was obvious she had zero interest in being helpful. I decided it was useless to argue with her. She again said the bank shouldn't have accepted the check but since they did, I shouldn't worry about it...that is the banks fault. What?!?! So, frustrated, I left. I immediately called my bank and let them know what happened and they said it takes about 10 days for the check to go through the process of being rejected, but that the amount of the check would be deducted from my account. She said that she would note the account, but it was still possible that I would be charged a $10 fee for the check being rejected. So...I now have to buy a replacement key for my daughters car, might have to pay a fee for Army's check not going through, and worst of all, I will have to back and deal with the rude office lady to recover the cost of the car. I am rating 2 stars simply because the driver did their job well and was very professional. However, I would retrain or replace the office worker sooner rather than later. She is bad for business.

Your front desk lady is extremely rude. Ive done business here before and never had an issue with anyone nasty until now. Maybe dont work in customer service if you dont know how to talk to people. We dont all have to speak professional but you dont need an attitude behind it either. Thanks for everything else yall do though i guess

Sending a review on behalf of Pua Burton. Pua had a horrific accident being hit by a deer while driving to work at 1:30 AM. Being a lil shook from this of course help was sought. He could not drive his car. Army's serviced him timely, they were professional , kind and empathetic. Pua highly recommends Army's auto wrecking.

Lady and the front desk is very rude I called to get a price on wrecking and towing yet she kept hanging up, would not recommend them with that type of person answering ur phone services. -edit: was not trying to buy cores. Was trying to get there service obviously the lady speaking on the phone didn’t even understand that and assumed I’m trying to buy cores as a salesman? lol
