So I went there to get my headlight put in... they finished so fast and the light looked great i went tonpay and the guy in front ahad said its fine no payment due i was shocked and thankful i didnt understand why they wouldn't charge me it was 150 dollars which i thought was resonable... But after I left I went to the store and realized my car had a huge scratch on the back passenger door.. I called and asked did you hit my car his replied ....oh the scratch on the door, no, it was there... I assured him it wasn't... he said he had it on camera. I looked at it... when i tell you it looked like it was doctored, the pictures were different from each other.. but common sense will tell you....that's why they didn't charge me in the first place... I told him if they was honest about it I would of just asked can you fix it. You're a body shop. I'll pay the difference whatever... but no he told me i didnt know what my car looked like before I dropped it off.. does anyone not know what they car look like.. the scratch was so deep you can see the metal on the door.. please if that was there I would of asked them to fix it... but lying is not the answer. admit something went wrong and apologize. Don't blame the customer like we just don't know our stuff... If you use them make sure you take a picture of your car before you drop it off ... they are dishonest and untrustworthy. I would not recommend it.. also he wouldn't show me my car backing up when the young man drove it around. he only showed me it coming in... it was the same camera... if the scratch was there why couldn't I see it going into the shop..

From start to finish Art’s made my experience very easy and seamless. I went in for a quote on rust repair for my Ford F-150. After assessing the rust I was given a quote and told what needed to be repaired, and how they would repair it. In my case I needed the rockers on both sides replaced. I agreed to the price and made an appointment for one week out. I nervously dropped my truck off on my appointment date and was told that the work would take one week. About 4 days later I was sent updates and pictures of the progress on my truck. 3 days later I was called to let me know that my truck was ready. All I could say was WOW! The truck looked awesome! The work was outstanding. They are masters of their craft with very reasonable prices. Do not hesitate to use Art's body shop for all your auto body repairs. I have attached before and after pictures of the repair.

Minor damage on my 2020 Camry. Oswego shop estimated it at $4400. Art's fixed it for $1200 in five days just fine! Highly recommended!

I visited Art's body shop today expecting to be put told that I needed to make an appointment just to get an estimate which is how every other body shop I visited told me. " The earliest appointments we have are all at least 3-4 weeks from now" was what I was being told by the other body shops and that it would take another 4-6 weeks to get my car into their shop for repair. So, I was pleasantly surprised when I told Erick what I needed done and he said 'Let's take a look', we went out to the car and he explained what the process would involve and then we went back to the office and he researched the availability of the parts and was very transparent with the pricing. I have not decided whether to fix the car or not but if I decide to fix it, I am going to have it done at Art's body shop.

I needed to have a minor accident repair done and Art’s Body Shop was an authorized repair shop. The paint job was excellent. I can’t see any difference between the paint color between the old paint and new paint. Bonus! They cleaned the inside of my car. Highly recommend this repair shop. Excellent customer service too!
