Read great things about this shop on yelp and was very hopeful due to how friendly the owner was. Told me he couldn't recreate my issue (which is fair) and suggested replacing a part which did not end up fixing my issue. Brought the car backed for a second diagnostic and after a few days they told me they had not driven the car and asked me to come recreate the issue. I drove the car half way down the street before feeling like I had a flat tire. Brought the car back to the shop where they told me I must have hit a pothole (the tire was completely flat) I then towed the car to a tire shop where I discovered a 10mm bolt sticking out of the tire. Ended up taking my car to a different shop (Sakebomb garage) which diagnosed my issue in a few hours. To say I was disappointed with Art Stange would be an understatement.

My car wouldn't start at a shopping plaza, & Needed to get my Infiniti G35 towed to this shop. Scott & Lalo came through for me. They worked on it the next day. Told me, my starter was out. Called me & told me what was wrong with it. Scott gave me a reasonable quote. Got my car back the next day. What more could you ask for. Thanks. Francis

I have since moved out of state, but brought my car here for quite a while before I did. I never had a bad experience and Scott and Lalo were always honest and patient with me asking endless questions. I'm not a car person so some things needed a lot of explaining. I was trying to keep my now 20 year old prius going for as long as possible and Scott helped me figure out the most cost efficient repairs to do and explained why. I trust them enough that I called the other day to get an opinion of recommended work from the new mechanic where I live now. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks again for all the help! You guys are awesome

Scott and Lalo are truly incredible. My family has gone to them for years, and it is because of their integrity and hard work. Very fair pricing. Scott goes above and beyond to help his customers, finding the best prices for parts. He takes the time to break everything down for you before purchasing any parts too. Cannot recommend enough.
