I had a great experience at Asian AutoTech of Ventura! Facility was very clean, Compared to others I recommend this place! Joseph was a really great tech. He helped me by answering my questions and came up with a good solution for the issue I was having. He installed a part for my car. He was nice and helpful! Front desk girls were great and had prompt answers to the issues and questions I had about my car. 🫶 -Hannah-

Wow! Found my new favorite Toyota service location. Found them through the AAA app, wanted a reputable place. Jessica was great from my first phone call, making an appointment and completing the service. The waiting room is so clean and nice, full of treats, chairs and coffee! Communication about the status of my truck was good. The complimentary shuttle helped immensely. Once we were done and I was leaving I even met and thanked my auto tech (RK) and chatted a little with him. Five plus stars for this business! I will support this local small business from here on out. Thanks for being in Ventura and providing amazing service.

The team at Asian Auto Tech has always delivered great service. I take all three of my vehicles there. You could take your car somewhere else but why? They are trustworthy, communicate well and have great mechanics that get the job done. They don’t charge you unnecessarily like the dealers do. Thanks Asian Auto Tech!

I found out about this place through a "Oil change Special" flyer that was sent to my apartment, being new to Ventura I thought I would give them a shot since it was a great deal. When I called them I mentioned how I had found them and told them that I wanted to take advantage of this deal, so we proceeded to make the appointment for the following week. I also mentioned to them that I had a suspension issue, so they agreed to check it out as well. Once they were done it came out to $127.07 w/ tire rotation, I didn't think much of it since I thought they charged me labor for the suspension check, but that ended up being part their initial inspection. I left Asian Autotech only to be called back by them 10-min. later because they said they had forgotten to tighten down the drain bolt! talk about a rookie mistake and lack of attention to detail. So I returned so they could torque it down. After arriving home I looked at the receipt and saw that they had actually charged me $93.09 for there "Oil change special". I called them and spoke with Jess, she was pleasant but had a very nonchalant attitude and made zero effort to rectify my issue and said that I needed to bring the flyer to get the deal, even though it doesn't say ANYWHERE on their flyer that I needed to bring it in! The whole ordeal put a bad taste in my mouth and made me truly disappointed. I really wanted to like this place as I own a Honda and Toyota and wanted this place to be my new mechanic.

Jospeh and Jessica are who I spoke to/ worked with primarily and they were so beyond kind and helpful! The quotes they provided were very fair, and they even helped us prioritize the things we needed done which was super nice and didnt make us feel like it was an all or nothing place that pressured you into anything! We are so happy we found an honest shop to take care of us and our car :)
