I had the pleasure of dealing with Rick Baldwin & Janet in the service department. I must say they as well as their team are true professionals. Rick explained everything, contacted me when he said he would. Janet was so helpful, from making the original appt, to introducing herself when I arrived. This was the absolute best experience I have received at a dealership. I have dealt with many dealerships over the years. I was thoroughly impressed with each and every one. I am in sales and know the importance of client relationships. It is clear to me that they all really care. How refreshing !!! Thank you !!!!

I had called earlier in the month to express about my concern with my electric car however they said they only had availability late in the month. I had to complain to the person I worked with at sales to see when I can get an earlier date. They were able to provide me with a same day appointment because I complained to the sales person. I take my car and explain all the issues they give me a loaner car. They tell me I have to return the car with the same gas. Fine. It took them a week to return my car. I had to call twice to check on the status of my car. When I returned the loaner with the same gas level I was given back my car with no charge and it was dirty. The outer area was covered in dirt. I was already not feeling well that day but I did express why my car was not charged meanwhile the lady who I spoke with on the phone told me they were charging it. Mind you I checked my app periodically and did not see it was plugged in. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. If I didn’t ask her what was the diagnostic I wouldn’t be told anything because when I arrived and got my keys and signed the paperwork. They just said ok bye. Isn’t it courtesy to tell the client what was the diagnostic was even if there was nothing wrong? I get in my car and it wasn’t charged. So now I paid to fill the gas tank to where it was and in return I get a non-charged car. When I went to express what happened they said “oh it probably didn’t charge. Our faster charger is not available because of construction”. Nothing more. No apology, no hey let me compensate you on the gas, nothing at all. I understand it was at the end of their shift but I should not have been dismissed. Since the beginning of getting this car, that I truly wanted, it has been nothing but problems and the lack of communication is ridiculous. I am very upset about the service I dealt with at this dealership. I only had my car for less than a month and I already feel regret getting it.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. It took them 3 weeks to fix my car(should of taken a week). When i got it back it was completely dirty. I was told they would clean it. Staff is rude and don't care about you. Every time I called for update from my advisor, I would never get a call back. Ask for a Supervisor you get Meaghan who claims to be service boss, she gives nothing but attitude, tells you lies, and blames delays on everybody else but them. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I brought my 23 RS Traverse with 14k miles in twice now in 3 months for a transmission issue. After getting the car back the first time, I was told everything was fixed and I received a new transmission. A little over a month later, I had the same issues. Then my car was in service for 30 days with zero communication. I wouldn't recommend Chevrolet, which is sad because this is our 4th Chevy; we will be going elsewhere.
