Went here for the first time last week as I just moved from Nassau to Suffolk. I had excellent service all around. Very informative, polite, and everyone there is on top of their game. The guidance by the staff telling me step after step I truly appreciated it because it was my first time there and unaware of where things were. It felt like they were reading my mind, of the questions I had they were that good!

No joke, everybody in this place is nice and honest. Quennel has been helping me since we got our Honda each time it's up for service. He is awesome and helpful. Keep up the great work and the friendly atmosphere 🤓

Liz is amazing but the service advisors are ridiculous. There’s one specific guy David when I went for a recall he said I needed a bunch of things done to the car meanwhile it just got out of the dealership a year ago and tried to up charge me $580’something so I called my boyfriend who actually works at Chevy as a car sales man & how quickly everything changed was crazy. I paid for an oil change the only thing needed on my vehicle in service by the way which was $70 when I went to pick up my vehicle with him. The guy got intimidated by my boyfriend making slick remarks then gave me attitude afterwards. I don’t care if it’s the first of the month or ending of the month and sales need to be made, trying to upcharge someone because they’re a female and alone is wrong. Never going back unless Liz is there or might find a new service dealership. Had an appointment for a recall only which I usually just drop off and leave for work but I was there for over 20 min

I had a very disappointing experience at Bayshore Honda’s parts department when I went in looking for O2 sensors for my 2008 Honda Accord. Despite providing a full description of my car, the parts manager, Paul, insisted that I give him the VIN number before proceeding. After giving him the VIN, I asked for the part numbers for both O2 sensors so I could compare prices, but Paul refused to provide them, claiming it was against store policy to give out part numbers. This so-called “policy” supposedly has been in place for over a decade, which I find hard to believe because in the past, they’ve given me part numbers without hesitation when parts weren’t available. It feels like Paul is more interested in trapping customers into buying directly from the dealership than in providing genuine customer service. Not only was Paul unhelpful, but he came across as dismissive and unprofessional. His refusal to share the part numbers seemed like a blatant attempt to force me to make a purchase there, driving up costs unnecessarily. It’s infuriating when managers think they can control the situation by withholding basic information, all while making it harder for customers to maintain their vehicles. The entire experience was frustrating, and it’s clear that the dealership prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place if they’re looking for straightforward service and honest assistance.

Why is it that an oil change takes longer than 45 minutes ? I’ve literally been here for almost 2 hours and I came for ONLY an oil change. This is actually pretty ridiculous & don’t think I’ll be coming back.
