One of the stars there is Tasha Drew. She is sooo knowledgeable and always positive. Tasha is one reason why I come back to the service area as she is very personal and doesn't make it seem like it's just a business. She is a HUGE improvement compared to the people on the HYUNDAI side

Brought truck in to have some pictures taken of paint peeling . 2 min process . Got the run around from a to z . Would have taken less time to just take the pictures or say you’re not doing it . Anyway I will go to another dealer , same when it’s time for a new car .

I never requested nor it was mentioned to me about so called engine filter and cabin filter. we as customers don't mind paying the right price. But atleadt mentioned it to the customer. they put in these filters overtime I bring in my car..... 2 different services less then 6 months apart. one there was no charge for so called complementary multipoint inspection and second one I was charged $310. I even didn't ask for it.

Highly Recommend! Tasha was great to work with and really went above and beyond to ensure our car is performing exceptionally and is safe to drive. She also kept us well informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was a pleasure working with her and I would highly recommend her for future service appointments.

This is the worst service center in the entire world if I could give it a negative star I would. I went there TWICE after buying my car less than a week prior because my tire kept losing air for them to tell me nothing was wrong with it, and then took it to a local mechanic and the rim was cracked. They then proceed to order a rim and install it on the WRONG TIRE. You can't make this up. They then tried to charge me when they coerced me into getting a tire and wheel warranty when I bought the car. I had to wait for them to order ANOTHER RIM since they made an idiotic mistake and I had to personally make sure they didn't install it on the wrong one again, and then they proceed to tell me I cancelled my wheel protection plan when I did no such thing and only covered the cost of it "because I am a good customer." Okay, fine by me because I got two free rims. I am a loyal customer of Toyota for many years and will NEVER be buying a vehicle or referring any friends/family here to purchase one ever again because of the incompetency in this service center. I am convinced they have no one qualified as employees. Absolutely despicable. NEVER purchase a used car warranty ever, especially here - lesson learned!!!!! I will not even be using my free oil change service they offered me here. No thanks.
