Got the opportunity to stop by. Had a great and easy experience. I have a Tesla model Y, seeking new set of tires. I already knew which set I wanted. Sam helped me out, was able to order the set of tires I wanted. He called when the tires arrived. I was not in a rush to get it mounted and balanced right away but I did request a wheel alignment to go with everything. Super nice that he was able to schedule me in despite the big volume of cars in their shop. A couple of hours later, he called me back to say the car was ready for pick up and here I am, home, writing this review. Shop was clean, they have a waiting area in the lobby. It’s a great location, tons of restaurants within walking distance. They accept credit cards as well. Highly recommend.

I was on my way to Brooklyn coming from Long Island when i got a notification saying my tire pressure was low. I decided to stop here, the process is so confusing and the customer care is only good if you speak Arabic. I had to go through two people just to have my tire looked at. Then once i got to someone they asked for my ID. I’ve never went to a tire place and they’ve asked for identification. If your Arabic by all means please visit you will be seen right away. Worst customer service please do better

Been going here for a few years now, have found them to be upfront and honest. They are pretty busy but I am happy with their service overall. I have taken several cars here over the years and have never had a real problem with them. Definitely recommend checking them out

Amazing! The service here was absolute top notch! I walked in a was immediately greeted with “good evening, thank you for coming by, how may I help you.” This alone was amazing as it made me feel welcomed! I came here for a flat tire and they not only had the tire in stock but the cost was reasonable. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. They took my spare tire off, packed it back in my truck and put everything back neatly. I’m truly impressed. Will definitely be back!

Terrible service that made a big scratch and dent in my car and I literally took a photo by accidentally seems that it’s perfectly. I went back to it and no reply, they didn’t do anything for it. Don’t come to this store anymore
