If I could give them zero starts I would. They changed our tires and failed to put back all of the screws- they only put 1 back on the back tire. Complete malpractice and a safety hazard. Unacceptable.

I brought my Audi Q3 in for annual service a week ago. I needed some additional work, and I planned to bring my car back in when I had more time. This AM, I received a dash board alert telling me that my windshield washer fluid is low. I spoke with the service manager and expressed that the fluid was never filled (even though it was marked complete on my multi point inspection form). He advised me to bring the car back in, and they would be more than willing to fill it. I was not interested in driving all the way there for fluid. My larger concern was that this is the 2nd year I had low fluids after a service. I don’t feel comfortable bringing the car in for additional work if I have to question what was actually done.

Not such a good place. The attendant asked me to pay 1000$ as it was a crucial service: When I pointed out that I had a pre-paid service she was like oh yeah, sure we won’t do any major servicing. They didn’t call me when the car was done despite promising me that they would. I had to call them myself. Lastly they made me wait only to offer me to buy my car. The guy was pushy and was offering me deals to buy a car despite me saying no

This service experience is far and away the best I have ever had. Both Carlos and Khamesh could not have been more pleasant to work with. They diagnosed the problem and kept me informed of the progress and got my car back by end of day. Everyone I interacted with at Audi Brooklyn could not have been nicer, huge props to Audi Brooklyn
