Adequate Service for Audi A8L** My recent visit to Audi Service and Parts of Greenwich for maintenance on my Audi A8L was met with an okay experience. The service department was efficient in handling my appointment, and the staff was courteous throughout the process. However, I did encounter a slight delay in receiving updates on the status of my vehicle, which could have been improved upon. The quality of the service performed on my Audi A8L was satisfactory, and I appreciated the attention to detail from the technicians. While my overall experience was not exceptional, I found the service and parts department at Audi of Greenwich to provide adequate support for Audi owners seeking maintenance for their vehicles.

My 2023 Audi has been waiting for a part for the last 4 Months, something to consider. The part is for body work as a tree fell on it however 4 months is ridiculous. I am paying for this car while is sits in the shop.

I used to drive BMWs, but got bored and wanted to try something else. I don't have good things to say about Audi as a car company nor about New Country Greenwich Audi. Audi has been around forever but can't make a car without a leaking sunroof...which is pretty staggering. What's more, in order to avoid spending money Audi forces the dealers to make small (read: cheap) fixes first. Then, if it keeps leaking, they try progressively more expensive steps to remedy it. Meanwhile you get to enjoy a wet, soggy car, damaging your personal belongings more than once after its been "fixed." I don't think they normally disclose this infuriating little game of incremental fixes to customers, but they happened to tell me bc I was wondering why I had to keep coming back for the same problem. Wet cars and dragging you in for multiple service visits, it's unreal that this is Audi's actual strategy for resolving a problem of this kind. Can you imagine the ill-will that is built by this approach? The interior of my car was being Chinese water tortured, and Audi service was doing the same to me. Another sore-spot, the jack point on the car is a cheap plastic item that breaks when you jack the car up to change the tire. Browse the Audi forums to see how Audi owners feel about building the jack point out of plastic with little plastic clips to keep a multi-ton car suspended on it. Audi designed it so those little clips have no choice but to break, and for the part to fall out. It's truly mind-blowing a "German luxury car" would have this. I am a one-person anti-Audi ambassador to anyone who asks how I like my car. The latest quality rankings has Audi meaningfully below the Japanese and Koreans, which comes as a surprise to exactly nobody. And New Country Audi? The "service department" routinely forgets to do the "customer service" part. What they do do is take your car and charge you. What they don't do is listen. At New Country you bring your car in and say please look at A,B,C. They give it back and say we fixed "A". You stare and wonder are they really this bad? No mention of B & C. When you ask about them, they mumble something that sounds vaguely responsive but is actually unresponsive and they are just hoping you will just go away, so they can back to overcharging other people as quickly as possible. I would never buy another Audi. And I wouldn't recommend servicing yours here, although I doubt any other Audi dealer has any better service. The fish rots from the head. This one stinks.

Hassle free for the most part, I did have to leave my etron overnight due to backed up repairs, although i had an appointment for 12pm. which was not ideal. But ken gets 5 stars for good communication about lead time and repairs to be done.

A little disappointed to be honest. Was told when I got there there would be a $307 diagnostics fee that would be waved if the issue was determined to be covered under warranty. Seemed fair enough to me. Issue was indeed determined to be under the warranty minus the replacement fluids (again fair enough). Dealership didn't have the parts though so they couldn't do the repair & I was still charged the diagnostic fee. When I called back and ask about it being covered I was told well we didn't do the repair, which is true, but it wasn't done because I declined it, it was because they didn't have the parts. I was then told since I live so far away it doesn't make sense for me to return there. It would be easier for me to go somewhere else so thats why there is a fee. Doesn't quite feel right to me, but I won't make the same mistake twice. Also want to warn anyone else who may be in a similar situation.
