From the moment I walked into the dealership, Jewel greeted me with a warm smile and an eagerness to assist. She took the time to listen to my concerns about my vehicle, ensuring that I felt heard and understood. Her knowledge about Audi vehicles and the specific services needed was impressive, and she clearly explained what to expect during the service process. Throughout my visit, Jewel kept me informed about the status of my vehicle. She communicated updates promptly and was always available to answer any questions I had. Her proactive approach and attention to detail gave me confidence that my car was in expert hands. Not only was the service efficient, but the entire experience felt seamless. Jewel went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied, including offering me amenities while I waited and arranging for a loaner vehicle, which made my day much easier. Overall, my experience at Audi of Lynbrook was exceptional, and I can’t thank Jewel enough for her outstanding service. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her customers and is dedicated to providing the best possible experience. This dealership never ceases to amaze me! The Service Manager, Andrew, is always quick to assist in order to make our service visit quick and pleasurable! Today was no exception!! Been buying and leasing from this dealership for years and the reason I keep coming back and recommending others who are equally satisfied! When you have a GM who is always available for discussion, you have to expect his team will be too; and they are!! Thank you Saheed Alabi for setting the example that good habits produce results!!

I recently visited Audi Lynbrook for regular service on my Q5. I was pleasantly and respectfully greeted by Naomi Martinez. Naomi's approach to assist me was seamless, timely and effortless. Naomi's knowledge of Audi's technology is greatly appreciated. For me it's always about the little things...she took the time to walk me out to my vehicle which was most valuable to me in the end. It screams....RESPECT!!!! Thank you Naomi!!

Had a great experience at Audi Lynbrook. Gustavo was extremely helpful and introduced me to Jewels in service. She was able to schedule my next interval service appointment with my S5 that I just bought.
