I recently had my vehicle serviced at Audi Pasadena and was impressed with the prompt and courteous service. The staff Anthony ( my service advisor ) was knowledgeable from the very beginning and explained everything clearly. While the service was good, I felt that the wait time was a bit long and had to wait for a week and left my car with them due to parts that needed to be ordered . Audi Pasadena May consider adding or ordering parts properly . But they made good by offering me a courtesy car, that ease the stress I was feeling not having a car to use. My only other suggestion for improvement would be for Anthony (my service advisor ) to return messages in a more timely manner. I had left a message for him to call me back with a question I needed in regards to my invoice , but unfortunately, I didn't receive a return call. So my question was not answered, and was very important .Despite this, I was very pleased with Anthony , especially by assisting with the courtesy car. So all is forgiven, and would highly recommend him to others. I’ve been an Audi enthusiast and loyal customer for several years and recently I’ve encountered the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I took the car in for scheduled maintenance under the Audi Care extended care plan that I paid nearly $3K for. They recommended over $6k of replacement parts. I picked up the car and took it to my mechanic and learned that Audi Service did not change the oil or replaced the cabin air filter or the engine filter. The cabin air intake was full of leaves and debris and the filter contained the same debris found in the intake compartment. When I confronted the Audi service rep and his manager, they said they did all those things and that third party uncertified Audi mechanics were not qualified to make assessments on oil changes or filters. The service due lights are still flashing on the console, the air inside the cabin still smells of petrol and I keep sneezing when driving the car. Worst of all, I still need to get an oil change. If you are contemplating purchasing the extended warranty, don’t do it. It’s a scam. You will basically be paying for an expensive and poorly executed car wash. It’s such a shame because this experience alone is making me consider a different brand.

Staff is super friendly. Their customer lounge is great for catching up on emails or in my case your favorite shows without the kids! Anthony was great and was very knowledgeable. Although I’ll have to go back on a few weeks as one of the issues wasn’t fixed (backup camera) the other issues were addressed. Their text feature is pretty awesome too. I also got a car was too! Thanks Audi :)

Brought my new SQ7 into Rusnak Audi Pasadena today for its first 10K service. Anthony took great care of me and my vehicle. Vehicle was serviced, cleaned and ready when promised. Great Job!!!

Love how easy it is to make appointments online and drop off is also very smooth. The service department provides updates throughout the day via text, which as an elder millennial is preferred. My car is only a year old so wouldn’t expect any problems and just brought in for scheduled maintenance. Car was done around the time expected.
