I recently contacted the service center to schedule an appointment due to a concerning vibration and wobble in my car at high speeds. I clearly communicated the issue to the service representative to ensure it would be addressed during my visit. Subsequently, a front-end alignment was performed along with an oil change and a comprehensive vehicle inspection. On the subsequent day, I commenced driving the vehicle, perplexed by the vehicle inspection outcomes, which all indicated a "good" rating. The inspection encompassed the engine, tires, exterior, and suspension. Notably, the issue had significantly worsened prior to the initial appointment. I contacted them again, informing them of the deterioration of the problems. Consequently, another appointment was scheduled, and I incurred an exorbitant charge for further investigation. Subsequently, I was informed that the tires were defective and there were issues with the suspension components. Upon hearing this, I was compelled to question whether the previous inspection had been conducted diligently. I expressed my interest in procuring new tires and rectifying the suspension components. However, I found it peculiar when I was requested via text message to make a prepayment for the tires. I harbored reservations about remitting payment prior to the completion of the service, as it raised suspicions of potential fraudulent activity. Consequently, having lost all trust in this establishment, I sought a second opinion. Upon diagnosis, it was discovered that the issue was a minor tire balancing problem. The suspension was in excellent condition and did not require any further maintenance. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment. Very good experience with their service department after a complete engine failure on a 2022 Q5. We were traveling and had to have our car towed to this location. While the situation was a pain to deal with, we received good communication and very good service. They worked with us on a loaner car and brought my car back home to me in Chicago once the work was completed. Very appreciative of their willingness to go above and beyond.

Justin and his team did a great job at Morrie’s VW Audi service regarding my oil change and tire rotation on my vehicle. Excellent service, provided video of work on my car and completed the job timely. Will use them again in the future!

Great experience, Mary was most helpful and discussed every “issue” that came up. Extremely friendly service, I was early for my appointment but, the staff was able to accommodate and get to my car ahead of the scheduled time. I highly recommend and I will be returning for sure.

I have had VW and Audi cars since 2014 and have been going to this dealership for the last two and a half years since I moved here. I have been happy with the work they have done on my cars, and they have definitely been one of the better dealerships I’ve been to. I never had any extra work recommended outside of manufacturer recommended maintenance stuff, and my cars have been running great. I wish they had detailing center, though.
