I cannot express enough how incredible my experience has been with Audi of Temecula! From the moment we purchased my daughter's Audi, the service has been nothing short of exceptional. We recently encountered an issue with one of her tires, and I immediately reached out to their service department. I had the pleasure of working with Justin, who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Justin had us bring the car in right away and handled everything seamlessly. Not only did he replace all four tires due to a recall, but he also provided us with a loaner vehicle for the day, which was a huge convenience. To top it off, before the end of the day, we received a detailed video email showing a 360-degree inspection of the car, outlining the service completed, and even a tutorial on how to properly use the tire kit to avoid damaging the lug nut caps in the future. It was such a thoughtful and thorough touch that made us feel truly valued. Thank you so much, Justin, and thank you Audi of Temecula, for making us feel like part of the Audi family. I can’t say enough about the exceptional service I’ve received at AUDI Temecula over the past six years. From Bret to Justin and their amazing GM, Max. The dedication to customer care goes far beyond what I've experienced anywhere else. As a restaurant owner, I understand the challenges of providing outstanding customer service, especially in today’s world where social media can amplify feelings of entitlement. Every time I walk into this dealership, I truly feel like family. This is quite remarkable, especially considering I initially expected a more aloof or snooty experience typical of higher-end vehicles. But from day one, they have gone above and beyond to make me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. I won’t name the previous car company I worked with, but let’s just say my experience there was nowhere near as fulfilling. At AUDI Temecula, there's a genuine kindness in their actions; they listen and truly care about my needs. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the consistent warmth and attentiveness of the entire staff. This life is short, and knowing I have a major business like AUDI Hohen treating me with such kindness makes a world of difference. Even though I don’t have a large budget, I’m willing to stretch my finances just to be in a safe, fuel-efficient vehicle from a company that genuinely cares about its customers!

Jerry Karnes, Service Advisor at Audi of Temecula is always a Pleasure to work with! He is Honest, Very Attentive & Customer Service Focused! As a Woman, I Truly Appreciate the video they provide of the vehicle & recommended work they suggest. I could go to other Audi dealerships that are much closer to me. However, I choose to drive out of my way & Service my Sq5 with Jerry because I Trust him! He is very friendly, knowledgeable & doesn't pressure me into doing work that doesn't need to be done. I purchased my vehicle from them & I have to say, Audi of Temecula is a Class Act! They get 5 Stars from me & I will always be a Loyal customer & send them referrals! Justin is the very best. He is always communicative and very honest when it comes to the repairs on my Q7. He is keeps me updated with what is happening, through videos and such during my car service appointments. Is because of Justin and Brett (current manager) customer service that I continue to enjoy driving my Audi.
