Audio Design provides a plethora of high-end home audio and video products. The staff are all audiophile experts to help you will selecting the best audio system to meet you budget and specifications. I purchased their Paradigm Premier speakers to complete a 5.1.2 surround system. The .2 represents the Atmos height speakers that creates home theater experience. Treat yourself this Holiday Season to going out to movies without leaving your home! Having the best home audio system of my life, I also looked at Audio Design Auto products. The Lucas LED headlight replacement products are on display. I ended up replacing the HID headlights, parking and daytime running lights with the Lucas Lighting products. This provided a unbelievable improvement in visibility making easier to see the road and be seen by other drivers. This is a very cost effective upgrade to my 2010 Lexus RX350 and any older vehicle that has standard bulbs. The owner, Mike Hong, provided the service while I waited in less than 30 minutes. The Worst Customer Service Experience I've Ever Had!!!! Wish I could give no stars. This level of service is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on Audio Design. This needs to be addressed immediately! I contacted Audio Design last week on August 7th to inquire about installing Apple CarPlay in my vehicle. I spoke with Javier, who took my information and confirmed that my vehicle was eligible for the installation. He mentioned that he needed to check if an additional part was required and scheduled an appointment for August 12th at 1 PM. On the day of the appointment, I called two hours in advance to confirm the address at Steven's Creek and Lawrence in Santa Clara. I arrived at 12:50 PM and was greeted by an unwelcoming receptionist. I informed her of my appointment, and she appeared disorganized, eventually telling me that Mike, the person I was supposed to meet, was in an "emergency meeting" with another customer. She asked if I could wait and offered to seat me in their home theater, where she proceeded to give a lengthy sales pitch on their home systems and projectors—something I had no interest in. She inquired once more what I was there for and had initially thought I was there for a home system. After this, we returned to the front desk and she asked for my vehicle information again, despite already having collected it with Javier. This was frustrating, and it became clear that my initial call and appointment were poorly handled. Fifteen minutes past my scheduled appointment time, Javier finally arrived. She explained that he only handles calls and scheduling, while Mike is the sole person responsible for audio installations—yet he was busy with another customer. This lack of communication and coordination was infuriating. Isn't that what receptionists are for? I made it clear that this was unacceptable. A simple courtesy call could have informed me of the delay, sparing me the time and frustration. The entire experience made me feel unimportant and disrespected as a customer. My time and commitment were not valued by Audio Design or its staff. I took time off from work to get this done. This level of service is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on Audio Design. This needs to be addressed immediately!

We ask Quote on the phone I talked with the Robert he was very nice and friendly. He recommended me to visit store I visited the store and talked with Mike he was super Rude ! I ask for the installation fee and he said $1000 and I say it’s kind a expensive is there any discount option for student and he told me if you don’t have money why you bought the car. After rude conversation I found the better price who install same thing as a $200.

I discovered a gem! I have been to so many car audio stores throughout my years. I am a fan of high-quality sound equipment, especially being a music producer. I recently bought a new Tesla, and I was going to have my subs and amp transferred from my Infiniti, so I called a few places and got quotes since I'm also new to the area. I am so glad that I kept calling around because when I called Audio Design, I knew immediately that this place was different. Not only was I asked essential questions no other stores asked me, but I was also taught new things that I had not known. When my installation began at Audio Design, I was notified that the Rockford P3 subs I bought from the previous car audio store over a year ago had mismatched impedance. I ended up getting all new equipment from Mike, and I am extremely happy and impressed with the high level of professionalism, knowledge and quality of the installation, as well as the beautiful new sleek high-quality subs, amp, and speaker box. I also got an amazing window tint job done, too. Mike, Robert, and the entire staff at Audio Design are all awesome, and my trust has been earned! Lastly, I have never seen such an amazing showroom of a store that meets all audio needs from the vehicle to the home.

Audio Design installed a CarPlay system in my truck yesterday. Even though it required some unexpected modification and took much longer than they expected, they did not charge me any additional labor. Props to Jesse, when I picked up my truck, he helped me pair the bluetooth on my phone to the CarPlay. Everything appears to be working excellently. Robert was very helpful on the sales end of our interaction, too. One suggestion for the business, though. The quality and content of the music being played while on hold is horrendous and a poor representation for a business that specializes in audio. Look into changing that, please!!
