Authority Fleet RV Repair

I brought my 2017 Class B motorhome in for suspension upgrade or repair. After my RV was inspected, both Authority and myself agreed upon a heavy duty rear sway bar on the rear since the motorhome was miserable to drive. I even suggested the Hellwig 7635 made of premium heat treated chromoly steel. The generator had to be moved rearward 2" to allow this. I picked up the motorhome about a month later and paid the invoice around $4,100.00 which is what I expected. Once home, I noticed a bad vibration when running the generator. I got underneath and noticed the generator exhaust was now under tension and in direct contact with the generator case. They didn't bend or adjust the exhaust to compensate for the 2" they moved the generator. I'm lucky the exhaust pipe didn't break off the generator head. I had to repair the exhaust. I also noticed a power cable was now in direct contact with a sharp edge of the generator mount. I had to add a protective sleeve or the conductor would have worn through and caused a short. I also found two bolts that hold the generator case to the frame were very very loose. I had to tighten them or they would have eventually fallen out. I also noticed one of the bolts that hold the generator exhaust hanger in place was very very loose. The heavy duty rear sway bar I was supposed to get is just a factory spring steel OEM GM sway bar, not a heat treated chromoly like the aftermarket bars we discussed. The vehicle handles better in corners but the sway was not reduced. I need to replace the GM sway bar Authority installed with a more rigid aftermarket bar. Overall, I feel at the very least some care in the work they performed like tightening all the bolts and taking into consideration the stress they made on the generator exhaust should be standard. The problems they created could have been bad and are just not acceptable to me.
