John was great. Quickly responded and came down to Saluda for a non-emergency request to replace an alternator and serpentine belt within 24 hours of contacting them. Prices were fair and considering you do not have to pay for a tow truck the call out fee is also reasonable. I would have them do work on my vehicles again, as needed, and would recommend him to anyone needing service, without hesitation.

Super quick, he was able to come out to me same day. I was working on a DIY repair and had a stuck/rounded bolt in a real difficult spot. He was able to get it out and went ahead and installed the new part too. He stayed super patient throughout a frustrating job, and didn’t mind that I watched him work because I find mechanic-ing interesting. Would recommend.

Lifesaver! I’m a diy kinda of guy and I attempted to changed the wifeys 4 runner rear shocks and failed miserably! Forgetting that she absolutely needed the car the next morning I was stuck in quite a predicament while I had left the car temporarily disabled and needed it to be fixed the same day. Auto 911 of Wnc managed to squeeze me in on a Sunday afternoon. he was able to come out and get the job done and communicated very well. Will be calling him first next time. I would like to give a higher rating but I have been unable to get any follow up response from multiple text messages. The mechanic, John, did get the cam position sensor and EGR replaced on our 2005 Civic. So that got rid of the stalling and shifting problems. Unfortunately all the bolts are now missing on the resonator, one missing on the valve cover and the timing belt cover is not in place properly so I can actually see the timing belt turning. I have sent pictures and asked kindly for a response but have not gotten one. I will be calling next and try to get a response. I was told verbally that there was a two year warranty on the job but I have nothing on paper to confirm this. With this type of non response I doubt the warranty would be honored. Please John, if you're reading this get back to me ASAP. Update a week later: After text messages, phone calls and Facebook messages I still have no response from the mechanic or anyone else. I have worked around the resonator problem by getting a tube to run over to the air intake pipe. I guess I'm going to have to take care of the missing valve cover bolt and timing belt cover myself as well. It seems they like the positive reviews but will not take the time to respond to a customer that paid $700 to get something fixed which it was but then ended up with other problems. I wish them well but this is not good customer service. 😐

What a joke. Called them on a Friday, late afternoon, about my car smoking and leaking. He said they'd arrive the next morning, Saturday, at 9am. He never showed and I must have called half a dozen times, just rang and went to voicemail. Haven't heard from him since. Very disappointed.
