This is unfortunately the second time my KIA has been into this shop for damage repairs. Both times they’ve done an amazing job and have made my car look brand new. They make sure to keep in contact with you throughout the repair process, giving you updates, etc. They work efficiently, not leaving you without your car for very long. I had to have a bumper replacement this time due to a hit and run, and I was only without my car for about 5 days. On a pick up day I showed up to a spotless car, both inside and out it had been deep cleaned. I would recommend this shop every time. They do great work here!

I am very pleased with the work that was done on my Camaro. The work was done fast. Service was great. I was worried about not going to the dealership to get repairs. I am very impressed with the work. I recommend them 100%. Also they did most talking to insurance company and rental car.

Traci was very good with communicating the status of the service. She was very honest and patient with me even though I called frequently to check on the service. She was mindful of my rental situation and tried very hard to get me the truck back before I had to return my rental car. Great service and great results. 10/10 recommend and best body shop I have dealt in Omaha.

I recently visited this place for a small repair, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. From the moment I walked in, I felt as though my business wasn’t valued because the job was minor. The receptionist was quite rude, making me uncomfortable rather than welcoming. Communication was severely lacking throughout the process. I received conflicting information about the status of my car, which only added to my frustration. It felt as though my concerns were brushed aside rather than addressed. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and unwelcome. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this shop to others.

I was in an accident and needed the damaged fixed because a parking sensor was damaged along with pretty bad damage to the front passenger bumper. Gave me paperwork explaining the work needing to be done, breaking down the cost that insurance would cover. I didn’t want my car totaled, so I wanted them to do what they could and they did. Very happy with everyone I’ve talked to, explained things along the way and got my car back fixed, beautiful and in better condition than my car arrived in. Very happy driver!
