Do NOT ever go to safelite: Had bad windshield damage from typical nyc crappy highway conditions . State Farm was exceptional in processing my claim and paid for everything! So props go to them. But referred me to Safelite and they were taking too long and had terrible reviews. Did my homework and found Auto Glass Now. These guys , wow, they are true professionals who value their workmanship. If you ever need glass repaired or replaced go here with 100% confidence. Jana processed my claim. She went out of her way to help me. Insurance made a mistake on the claim and she fixed it right away while getting me OEM glass in less then 3 days (Safelite= 7-10 days🥺🤦🏻‍♂️) She showed compassion and was highly efficient. Next was Elias: This man was awesome. He was literally waiting for me to arrive, explained everything step by step and got me out the door within the hour. Great attitude and high energy. Lastly, my tech’s name was John. Quiet but masterful. Efficient and did an amazing job. Glass work was guaranteed for life. I couldn’t be happier. 1000% recommend these guys!

The communication were not the best, and they miss the first appointment because of broken part ? But eventually the my two jobs were done. The technician that did the work was very skillful and courteous, and he really made up for the little miss up of the scheduling people. Overall I was sodisfyied with the work and I would recommend this company.

They did great work, did it fast, and offered a discount when a part came in broken and had to reschedule me. Customer service was on point. I'd use them again, much better pricing than SAFE-LITE as well.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The customer service person was polite, professional able to connect directly with my insurance company for approval on the first phone call. The technician was equally polite and professional and did a great job replacing my windshield. Highly recommend!
