What an amazing experience! I chose this place after reviewing the comments and going in to speak with them. From the beginning Laurie was extremely attentive and helpful in assisting me with navigating my first claims repair. The job took a little longer than first stated but it was completely worth the wait as I was informed the paint job needed to be redone as they felt it could be done better and they were waiting on pieces for the vehicle. The car looks brand new!! 🙂 Laurie and Chris were amazing from beginning to end and even went as far as contacting enterprise on my behalf in regards to the rental car bill. (THANK YOU AGAIN!)They were always fast in returning my calls and answering any questions I had. Really happy with my decision in choosing Auto-Glen and will definitely be back on any vehicle future repairs. Thank you for everything guys!

This is a wonderful place to do business. Laurie and Chris were extremely helpful. My car was hit and completely damaged and started to droop in the front. I took it in and was worried terribly about it. But Laurie was completely reassuring and I could call anytime. She returns calls and makes sure you’re happy. Chris knows exactly how to handle European cars and makes it look like you just took it off the lot. I haven’t seen my car look like this in years. I couldn’t stop staring at it. The price was great too. They’re a reliable company and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you, you’ve got a customer for life.

Do not take your car to this place. I had a terrible experience that cost me an additional $2,700. I brought my car there after it was hit while parked. There was a big scratch on the passenger side bumper but drivable. I came to pick it up after it was ready and there was a scratch on my driver’s door and chipped paint. It wasn’t a big scratch but it wasn’t there when I dropped it off. They tried to blame me for the scratch but my car sat there for two weeks and it did not have a scratch on the driver’s side handle whenI dropped it off The car was driving fine and there were no issues just the scratch. After two days of arguing with the Ryan at the shop, he agreed to repaint my door for free which at first seemed like a great solution but it ended up costing me money in the end. Bad idea. The repainted screwed up my driver's side mirror blind side detector. I had to fully replace it. While I was driving back, my car sensors went off and notified me that my sensors were malfunctioning and I needed to take it to Toyota. When I took it to toyota, they informed me that two sensors in my front bumper were damaged and need a full replacement. ALSO the driver’s side door mirror needed a full sensor replacement. The toyota tech showed me the car taken apart and the computer screens showing the malfunction. I explained to toyota that the driver’s side door was repainted and he said that likely caused the issue, especially since it was the passenger side that was hit. Insurance eventually reimbursed me for the bumper sensors but not I had to pay upfront. The mirror, which was never an issue to begin with, set me back $800. Do not take your car here, especially if you have a newer car with all the technology. It appears that they just slap on the bumper without properly calibrating the sensors or checking them. Terrible experience, irresponsible, careless and unprofessional repair. They also left white paint stains on the back of my driver's seat. Don't take your car here and be wary of the positive reviews. I thought my experience would be better but it was an absolutely expensive headache and awful experience.

Auto Glen is hands down the best Shop around. My car got sideswiped damaged my front ,rear bumper and driver side door. A accident is stressful but Lori and Chris took care of all the phone calls to insurance and the paper work all I did was drop my car off they took the stress of my shoulders they made my day better as soon as I dropped my car in there body shop. they evaluated my car gave me a time frame the car was done. The Body work was exactly as I picked up my car when it came off the dealer with zero miles, paint was smooth the shine the color match the rim was Perfect they even cleaned the car thoroughly inside and out, which was totally unexpected! Highly recommend and definitely will recommend my family and friends.
