Horrible service and attitude of owner makes this a definite skip and not worth giving satisfaction to owner. Rude on phone, rude when asking any questions as if he’s doing me a favor even if I’m paying him, and rude even when paying. Two people outside said he was terrible but had no other spot to take car. That said, the mechanic doing the inspection is fine. But found an inspection spot 4 blocks away that were the nicest guys possible and was also walk in. Those are the type of small businesses you want to give business to (do a search on car inspection and you’ll find other spots right around). Skip this spot and find another spot in area.

It’s true what these reviews are saying, very rude stuff, when you go there they treat you like they’re doing you a favor and you’re not actually paying money. Never going back there. Please don’t go there, it’s not worthy. I don’t know how they have a 1 or 2 (5 stars), it might be their own people. Horrible place.

Second time getting a NYC vehicle inspection here. Showed up at 7am both times and was done in 30 minutes. Very nice team.

I called and ask them a few questions about their services. Said I’m 20 minutes away, and “can you give me an estimate on how long it would take” as my day is time crunched. The person on the other end of the line took a very short and defensive attitude. When I asked again simply for an idea, an estimate of how long it would take, the person hung up on me. So I decided not to go. Life’s too short to deal with rude people.

The man who picked answered the call should be ashamed of himself, he was extremely rude. (Tuesday 8/16/22 @ 11:50) I called inquiring about a simple inspection details such as appt & prices. No bedside manner’s, most likely speaks to all his customers. Would not recommend.
