I took my car here and had great service, I was dealt with very honestly. They made responsible recommendations for not-so-immediate repairs without trying to up-sell. They also called and warned me about potential issues that could happen during their repairs to ensure if I still wanted to proceed with the risk. Professional.

Jesse seems to run the show these days, and he does an amazing job. Good customer service, explained his thought process for repairs, called back and gave updates when he had them, and did a great turn around from diagnosing the issue to getting my car back to me all within the day. Can't imagine what else could be improved. I'll be coming back here with all my cars.

I took my car in to have a radiator replaced. They had my car for two weeks and didn’t not completely fix the problem, and not only did they not properly fix my vehicle they destroyed my water reservoir and my coolant reservoir costing me another 1k after spending $650 there. I do no recommend anyone to go to this place and get your vehicle fixed. They pictures below are pictures of my vehicle 2 weeks after I got it back when the issues were “fixed”.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Erica, Jeff, and his son Jesse. They were all very kind and helpful. I have no trouble at all. Getting my claim to go through quickly and easily with their help. And I'm happy to say I have my cute little ride all to myself again.
