Tito was a big help , very commutative, very friendly , reassured me that my car was in good hands and will do his best and he did just that kept me updated on all the repairs .. dealt with my warranty company and was able to get the job done in a timely manner.. super appreciative and grateful for the team at the shop.. thanks again

The customer service I received from this company is unlike any other! Honestly, I didn't believe customer service like this existed. My husband and I planned a road trip with our three toddlers 500 miles from AZ to Disneyland (this was our first family vacation by the way). Although we had the car checked and basic maintenance done about a month before we left, 150 miles into our road trip the a/c stopped blowing cold.. with 6 more hours to go and three littles in the car plus the drive home a week later I was panicking we would need to turn around.. I called multiple places while on the road that were in driving distance of our hotel and found this place. I first spoke to Hector who was AMAZING! After hearing our situation and that we had pre paid experiences in Disneyland on our first two days and would need the car ready 3 days after that he insisted I not stress it and let it ruin our trip. He said, don't miss your experiences with your kids, bring the car Wednesday and I'll make sure it's ready to go by your check out date which was Saturday. My husband and I get the car there 2 days later on Wednesday first thing in the a.m. we asked if they had a shuttle back which they didn't and we would have to wait for a car to come get us while poor grandma is still at the hotel trying to get three toddlers dressed and fed by herself. The owner and Lisa offered to take us back personally so we didn't miss a moment more of our vacation! 2 days later we got a call the car had a cracked a/c compressor and was fixed and ready to go. This was our last day at Disneyland and of course these people were yet again so kind they offered to keep the car for us until the following morning so we didn't have any interruptions on our last day of vacation. I picked the car up Saturday morning, no issues and the a/c is still working great 3 weeks later! Thank you Lisa, Hector, Alfred and Efron. You offer such incredible customer service, my only complaint is that you aren't in Arizona. If only you were close enough to be our regular mechanic! Anaheim residence, don't go a where else, these people are top notch!

They seem like good people but really failed to do a good job when I asked for a pre purchase inspection. I ended up buying a car with a lot of problems.

I highly recommend auto repair express. Hector the mechanic is honest, reasonable prices! Hector took the time to help me understand in customer language on the problems that my 2015 Toyota Camry had !! Excellent customer service 5 stars
