Very easy to deal with so far. 1st time taking a vehicle in for repair. I'll post after photos when done. Derek and the entire crew were so great to work with, my insurance is another story. Everything on the car came out better than new. The gaps are perfect, attention was paid to every detail and they made sure that the repair was the highest quality. I cannot recommend AutoCraft anymore highly than 5☆ or I would.

Autocraft did a collision Repair to our convertible BMW and did a fantastic job. Five stars because of the following: a. they ordered the parts and we were able to wait until parts came in upon which they did the repair in the exact 5 day they predicted b. even more important in our review, Autocraft experienced an increase in parts cost which was not included in their contract and they absorbed this cost seamlessly without making it an issue. We can't thank them enough from insulating us from this increased cost.. VERY PROFESSIONAL. c. We'll be back for sure

Start-to-finish, Derek at Auto Craft was wonderful to do business with, offering sound advice and additional support beyond expectations. It is not a highlight of anyone's day, to wind up in an auto repair shop for post-collision diagnostics... However, Auto Craft is now 100% my Paso Robles/San Luis Obispo County referral to get you through it, from hear on out. Derek, as well as everyone I spoke with at Auto Craft are all professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, Grade-Above individuals, with your best interest in mind. Auto Craft Paso Robles had stellar service matching no other shop I’ve ever experienced. They clawed and scratched with the insurance company to receive necessary approvals. The car looks perfect and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family.

The staff and management did everything they could to help me get the insurance company to pay for the repairs. The car was totally fixed in the 2 week time frame quoted but my car could not be released to me until 4 weeks as the insurance company continued stalling final payment. I had a rental car for the entire time that cost the insurance company more money than was owed to release my car. I would recommend AutoCraft to anyone needing repair of their vehicle.
