Greg,Taylor and his team are gems. Great service and fantastic support. I am so happy to have a new mechanic "home". Much less expensive service than chain shops. Having Ollie and Candy (the puppies) is a huge bonus. They are very friendly and make waiting for service infinitely more entertaining. The puppies aside, great service at a great price. Friendly, straight shooters and good follow up.

*****I WOULD ADVISE***** I'm not for telling people to what to do with their money but thought I'd share how mine was wasted and leave it to you to consider. I brought my vehicle here to for insurance to receive some supplemental quote they needed to repair. I made them aware of what was going on with it. Backed by an evaluation and inspection from Pep Boys (documented) that I handed over to them. Was told by Ms.C that they would do their best to look over all the information I emailed in and talk with insurance to get things rolling. to save you the long read here are bullet points of what actually happened. -Car dropped off on Friday. Told I would have some answers Monday. No contact until I reached out before closing time on Tuesday. (No big deal. Things happen) -Spoke with Mr. G on the status and he said he had not been able to look at my car or the 10+ documents I had emailed over to Ms.C. But from what he could discern its wear and tear. I said I was told if I leave it with you guys and pay the $185 + tax at minimum I would be getting the supplemental quote and the true cause of the overheating. He very clearly and proudly stated "What you're paying for is this right here. Me telling you what part of the issue is". -Also through Ms. C under the bus stating "She is not qualified to say what we can do. I'm the expert" -Says he will look over the emails and documents I sent her. Will give me a call tomorrow because they're closing. -Calls me back 15min later to tell me *"I won't touch your car" *"You are not qualified to be my customer" *"My customers have the budget to get their car fixed fast and timely" *"What you will do is come pay the $185 and get your car because I don't want to work on it if you are not willing to pay what I'm telling you" *"I'm actually going to tell the insurance the opposite of what you want me to. You came to an expert!" For a place that prides themselves for being "For the people". I did not find that to be the case at all. If you happen to feel inclined to do business with this place. Please make sure you only hand your car off to Mr. G as he is the only person qualified to speak on what can and will be done. Make them put in writing what will do done and exactly what you're paying for. I paid $185 for information that I already knew and was documented. The cost for Mr.G to glance over your car in 15min. Told I would have a complete diagnose of the issue then told I can't do anything until you pay me this amount. VERY VERY VERY interesting practices going on here. I am not one to speak on how others do business, I can only choose who I do business with. I would reconsider. *Mr.G will find that everything I am stating is true per our phone conversation. Great guy in person. Just business.

Autocrafters is top notch. Their customer service was beyond what you would expect to get at a body shop. They definitely went above and beyond after I got in an accident. I was referred to them and am very grateful that I was. When I took it to them I had a stereo I was in the middle of installing, and even though it's not their specialty they went ahead and did the job for me! They were quick, and extremely reasonable price wise. I'm going to be doing more modifications to my Lancer, and I know exactly who I'm going to for it! These guys make you feel like family, and went the extra mile, even called me back a week later just to make sure the job was satisfactory. You just don't get that level of customer service at many places anymore, ESPECIALLY garages. Glad to say I know some great mechanics who are trustworthy, can/will do it all, and do whatever it takes to satisfy their customers. Thanks guys!

From handling my claim with ease, communicating with me and helping me understand the predicament I am in as far as collision and worrying with insurance.
