Moe was absolutely incredible! It was such a challenge to find a trustworthy shop to take care of our Bentley Bentayga. When we reached out to Automed Euro and explained our situation to Moe, emphasizing that we were 4 hours away and hoping for honesty if they were unable to work on a W12, he really went above and beyond. He not only assured us that they could address any issues we were having, but also made us feel like we had found our go-to place for all future services. Throughout the entire process, Moe was incredibly punctual, transparent, and kept us well informed every step of the way.

These guys are best auto mechanics!! Manuir is an absolute delight to deal with. Not only are these guys, professional and knowledgeable, they are the nicest people you will find. Hands down!!! I brought my Range Rover in b/c another mechanic didn’t know what he was doing, and AutoMed, knew exactly what to do. They have the most updated sophisticated software/equipment to be able to detect the issues with your cars. They specialize in European cars…and it shows! In this day and age with so much chaos going on, it’s so refreshing to do business with people that are honest and integrity driven. If you ever find yourself in a situation where your car needs work, this is the place you want to be with! You wont be disappointed. I highly recommend!! Wonderful staff and business!!

These guys are absolutely amazing! I have a 2001 VW Eurovan and she’s a bit picky and requires an informed hand and little tweaks here and there. They are responsive, incredibly reasonably priced and really good at what they do. Couldn’t recommend them more!!

My Bmw has been very complicated and quite my biggest headache. Having been to dealer and many other places who couldn’t fix my car, Automed euro figured everything out without having to do these major services everyone else were trying to profit from me. I just want to deeply thank the whole office team for keeping me posted every step of the way with full transparency of what may happen with certain procedures, thank you for your bravery and honesty and as for myself and my family we are only coming here, much love.

I previously recommended Automed Euro for servicing our Audi, but recent experiences have led me to reconsider. Over the years, we’ve spent more than $5,000 on repairs there. However, I’ve begun to question the necessity of these repairs after noticing a pattern of costly issues ($900+) identified during routine services. Notably, after their last repair, a new squeaking sound emerged, which they failed to diagnose and mistakenly attributed to a center console creak. They even managed to break the console and replaced it with a mismatched color, only discovered when I picked up the car. Additionally, they proposed another $900+ in repairs for, among other things, spark plugs they had installed less than two years and 10,000 miles ago, claiming they were out of the 2 year warranty. Thankfully, I had kept all my invoices and could prove the plugs were only a year and a half old, prompting them to replace them at no cost. Despite wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt, these experiences made me feel exploited. After consulting another reputable Audi mechanic who confirmed that none of the most recently suggested repairs were necessary, my disappointment has only grown. This revised review reflects my dissatisfaction and the unfortunate realization that I may have been recommended unnecessarily repairs at Automed Euro and can no longer recommend their services.
