My brakes started to give out completely at 70+ on the freeway, I pulled off and was lucky to find a nearby service center called Automotive Excellence. I thought maybe I was just low on brake fluid. One of the owners, Peter checked and immediately saw a brake line had broken. I had to leave the car there, but when I returned a few days later all was repaired and everything perfect. I got very very lucky. They were super to work with as well. Very efficient, very communicative, very knowledgeable. Wish they were closer to where I live!!! I'd make them my regular.

I love this crew! I went in for a service I had been told I needed at a dealership. I was fully expecting a big price tag. They did not take advantage of me, but told me I didn't need the service at all. They topped off my fluids and sent me on my way. That honesty is so amazing especially when I would have never been the wiser.

The engagement with the staff was wonderful as everyone was both friendly and professional. The service environment is as clean as a whistle and extremely organized, which says a lot! Not surprisingly, but most importantly, the service to the vehicle was excellent, and the communication regarding the diagnostic evaluation was clear and thorough.

Highly recommend. They have taken great care of my cars. What I really appreciate about Automotive Excellence is they’re able to diagnose the problem properly and let us know of things that will need to be taken care of immediately and in the near future so we can stay within a decent budget and still be able to drive safely.
