I wish I could give ZERO Stars. We called to have a 2011 Kia Soul unlocked. We were quoted "About $90.00" the tech showed up unlocked the door, in about 2 seconds, and then told the owner of the car (a 20 year old who had never done this before) it would be $175 and do you have "cash ap or Zelle" then refused to take a card for payment. I got involved at this point and called the company and was told the 90 was an estimate and that there was a $29 service fee *see picture below he had already relocked the car, of course. So I told him I would pay the 90+29 but not 175+29. But I needed an invoice for service first. The the looked at me and said "Ma'am this is not a restaurant, we don't have a menu to look at" I told him that I meant a receipt showing the service provided. He goes to his vehicle and brings me a receipt pad showing $216.00. I told him to leave. Then as I was leaving to go back to work as I drove off the guy's car was parked in the middle of the street at the end of my road and he was walking to a known drug dealer's house (Not kidding) For reference this is in West Bloomfield.
