I brought my car in for a recall service, expecting a 2-hour repair as estimated. After waiting for 2 hours, I followed up and was told "just 20 more minutes". When I followed up after 20 minutes, the advisor didn’t even care to look up and she just said, "It will be ready” without offering any more details. The entire process ended up taking 3 hours and 45 minutes. Recalls are the manufacturer’s mistake, and dealerships should prioritize these repairs with better communication, realistic time estimates, and attentive customer service. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. Next time I will do my business elsewhere or work with a different advisor.

I went to the AutoNation Acura Stevens Creek service dept on 08/24/2024. It was time to get my B13 service completed and Nicole was my service advisor. The check-in process was easy and the service team did a great job completing the needed service. Nicole is very nice to work with, kept me updated and applied a discount coupon to reduce my bill. Thanks to everyone for doing a great job.

Service department offers great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were able to get needed parts for an older Acura expedited so work was done in time for a planned trip. Fair upfront pricing without pressure. Highly recommend and thanks Andrea,

Spoke to Andrea at Acura service and had an appt at 8am for a routine service done. Andrea is probably one of the best service advisors I’ve dealt with through out my years as a car owner. She’s knowledgeable with my 2021 RDX and lets me know what is needed and asks me for any questions I had with my car. Good job Andrea, keep up the good work you do at Acura!!! Thanks again, Patrick

I had some concerns about the safety of my vehicle. It was checked out and no issues were found. One issue was my error. As always, Adam took very good care of my issues. I never feel like Acura tries to sell me something I don't need or fix something that isn't broken. The trust I have is my security knowing I'm safe in my vehicle.
