I always have a positive experience at Auto Nation Ford Torrance. Randy was on time for my appointment and he kept me up-to-date on progress. The service of pick up and delivery is a wonderful service that I have used in the past.

Had a appointment for 2 pm with Pedro. Waited in the car after being told he was finishing up with a customer. Still in the car at 2:30, with no advisor in site. Only for my Family to finally speak up, and they tell me it’s too late for a repair and then they wanted to Charge me $1,000+ for work. Not sure how it came about when my car was still in the spot I parked it at. Everyone seemed a bit confused, and just wanted to charge you the price they think you should pay. My first time visiting, and definitely my last. Be sure to go elsewhere before you consider wasting your time, and gas at this unorganized Dealership.

I've been here several times, each time the staff is incredibly nice to me and helpful. Once for an oil change with an associate named Jack and another time to get my brakes changed with an associate named Kathy. Both were incredibly kind and helpful, and did not try to sell me thing I do not need. Both informed me of services that my car would need "next time" but did not pressure me to get them done right away. They informed me of when I would need the services. (Eg. In about 3,000 miles). I even got to use a coupon once for a lower price. I was not charged any additional fees and sometimes I am charged even less than the initial quote, and the quotes are very fair and cheaper than even my family mechanic. They confirmed the price with me before doing any work on my car so I would not be surprised by the costs. love this place, they even washed my car for free! Super amazing service. I will definitely be returning for my next oil change.

Absolutely loved the service. They took the car and did the oil change and replaced the rear brakes of the Ford Edge. They called and dropped the car of to my office along with the keys. I didn't have to worry about anything at all, they shared the link and I paid the charges online via my creditcard. Garett, thank you for taking care of us through the seamless service process.

Setting up an appointment and checking in was a breeze. I like their new system coz everything was done electronically. The best are the complimentary shuttle and delivery service so I conveniently waited for my car at the comfort of home!
