Purchased a high end car from them. They told me it was perfect. Needed 10k worth of body work to make it so I wouldn’t be embarrassed to drive it. They sent me a 200$ check to cover the body work. I wouldn’t buy a go kart off them

They kept my car here for over a week just to replace the serpentine band that snapped while we were driving on the express. We knew what the issue was with the car but had to tow our car into this place because we were no where near our house, didn't have a spare band, and couldn't tow all the way back to where we live. They told us our car would be ready in two days and when we called that day it wasn't ready, so they said to call the next. The next day the car STILL wasn't ready and my husband went into the area to figure out why. He found out that they hadn't even prepped the car to remove the front bumper (only way to get to the band in my specific car) and they kept trying to get to it from the bottom. They kept trying to tell him all these things that were wrong with his car as if they thought he doesn't know anything about cars. It's like they tried to scam us because they thought since it's a nice car, we look like we know nothing about it except we're the ones who work on this car in any other instance there's an issue. We ended up getting charged over $800 and that didn't even include the tow truck. It would've been cheaper to just tow the car back to our place and work on it there.
