I found about AutoSmith threw my AAA membership. I was so pleased with the way they handled my Subaru. That I came home and booked my appointment for the vibe. So very kind and thorough and knowledgeable. So they have a new client. I couldn't be happier.

I wish this shop was close to where I live. They would become my regular garage. My wife had a blowout tire on her way to Cleveland. We live near Philadelphia. I saw several mechanics in the area, and by God's grace I picked AutoSmith. Not only was TC more than helpful with getting it done affordably, he helped me setup a way to get my vehicle when the shop was closed because of our travel distance. Thank you TC! -Stephen

Wow I can’t say enough about how amazing these guys are. From the initial phone call, I was treated with kindness and respect, and the experience just got better and better as we went along. Our 2nd vehicle is old and quirky and hasn’t been serviced in quite some time. I knew I needed a lot of work done, and have been putting it off out of fear. Turns out I didn’t need to. The guys at AutoSmith know what they’re doing, and they treat all their customers amazing. They don’t price gauge you or try to fix things that aren’t absolutely critical. They send you a detailed diagnosis (with pictures?!) of all current and future issues. Tackling what’s needed the most, they work with you to explain in depth the work that needs done, the cost, and what you can expect. No talking down to me because I’m a girl, or any of the other things I’ve come to worry about when taking a vehicle in. I had multiple in depth services performed and I was able to pick up my car in two days. The quote I was given, was the price I paid when I picked my car up. No surprises! I paid a large chunk of change to have my car all fixed up, but I know for a fact it could have been double or triple what I paid at another place. You can’t put a price on feeling safe again in your own vehicle. My little car is running like a dream! You also can’t put a price on excellent customer service. I will never take my cars anywhere else, and I’m grateful we have such a honest and caring mechanic in town!

TC and everyone at the shop are great! They got my vehicle in quick and found the issue! They were able to find the problem and explain it to me.

I was having an issue with my f150 2020. It was slipping a bit. It only had 50k miles on it. I got a little nervous. Watched some stuff on you tube. Read some reviews. And talked to T. C. About what I’ve seen and we had a good conversation. We talked about the importance of not being to aggressive with these very technical transmissions and that that we could possibly do more damage. He was reluctant. But we came to a conclusion. A plan. We agreed. So he did follow through on his end that the solution wasn’t a total disaster we were just way low on fluid. And there were no other issues. And he explained it’s common with this year ford f150. So we replaced the fluid he removed to check for metal flakes and burning. It was fine. It was 2 plus quarts low. Which when I would turn or hit a hill. It would slip. So without ever removing the perfectly good filter or going into anything that may make it worse we just did the least. To see if that would remove the slip. And after two days with my truck. It’s driving like new. No slipping. No nothing. Better speed. More power. Shifting smoothly and at exact rpm it should. Thanks to the guys at auto smith. You really eased my mind and helped me sleep a little better. Again thanks.
