I went to get my intoxalock recalibrated and the customer service was appalling. To top it off the guy handed me an uncalibrated unit. When i was locked out of my vehicle due to his neglecting his duties, he said i would have to pay for a tow and another recalibration. I would not recommend this business to anyone! They dont render services paid for and are very rude! I ate the cost and went down the street to MR. Tint and they were immediately accomadating and helpful! Drive the extra 3 minutes to get service that is friendly, fast, and cheaper! Dont use Auto Sound & More!

This store is very unprofessional. Went in to get subs installed, dropped my car off at 9am asked an estimated time was told “not sure” so it comes to 1pm call and they say about another hour. Showed up at 2:30, didn’t come out until 3:30 with horribly installed subs, disconnected the wire to Bluetooth and subs played without music even being on. Tried asking the bald headed guy what we can do and his response was “this is just how it is, I can reput in the wire for Bluetooth” finally fixed the speakers after sitting there for another 2 hours with 0 communication. Your be better going somewhere that charges just as much for better service.

Great service done right.. very professional and knowledgeable Justin knows his stuff.. had a intoxalock installed very easy process from install to calibration and the uninstall.. I very highly recommend checking them out!!!

Went in for interlock. Guy at the front was giving me issues cuz I asked him if he could help show me how to provide a proper sample. Continued to be a smart one about it and after watching me hum into it numerous times, he got frustrated at me and said, “I said blow. You didn’t hear me tell you to hum did you ?” I shrugged it off and went about my business after getting the car started. I then shortly had to retest where I thought I was doing it correctly and then went back and asked if he could help me out. I said I think the test is a little too long cuz I run out of breath. Again being the smart one he is told me he can’t give me more breath. So after him explaining “that’s just how the test is” instead of simply just guiding me to someone who can actually help, I asked for the interlock company’s number where they actually provided help.

This place cares about their customers! Justin has been installing for several decades. I had an issue, and he guaranteed it would be fixed. That, to me, speaks volumes about customer care. I highly recommend this place.
