Very impressed with the repair work that Autoworld did on my 2016 Jeep after a sideswipe accident. The car looks almost like new. They even did a fantastic job by detailing the inside of the vehicle. I would recommend Autoworld highly for their expertise and customer service. Thank you Craig and Randy for your attention to detail and for the kindness you showed to me and my wife. We were in shock and feeling helpless because of the accident and not knowing how everything would be repaired. They made us feel comfortable and even arranged for transportation to the rental car place. Awesome job by everyone. Thank you.

Terrible experience at the body shop. They held my car for more than 5 months because of a missing bearing in the brakes on my 2020 BMW m235i x drive. In the end they didn’t replace the bearing and when receiving my car back I have a thumping sound coming from the axle that was never there before the accident. Company asked to take a look at my car and held my car for a whole month before telling me that they couldn’t do anything for my damaged axle on my car and this was only because I called them to get a status update on my car. Employee told me that my insurance refused to approve this request probably because this accident happened 5 months ago. Than when receiving my car back, damages were left on my vehicle that I never had before when giving them my car. Please review pics. I would never use this company again. Terrible experience with this company and even spent $3,000 plus to this company just to get back a damaged vehicle. This happened September 25th, 2023 and I just now have my car back dated Feb 2nd, 2024 with a damaged axle. This company has terrible craftsmanship.

I am beyond pleased with the work completed by Auto World Collision on my 1999 Honda Civic. I will be contacting them in the very near future to get an estimate for the remaining work I need done. I don't know the names of the persons that completed the work, but want to thank them for what feels like to me is a lot of love and passion they put into a pretty beaten up 24 year old Honda! I highly recommended Auto World Collision!
