I brought in a battery that was dead. I was stranded on the side of the road went into AutoZone. They did a one for one swap immediately I was able to make it to work on time. Want to say thank you so much to your dedicated staff.

9/5/24 7:45am Grey shirt younger girl with black hair claims her name is Stacey but hid her name tag. Horrible customer service , doesn’t know how to manage a store or customers. I was given the wrong coolant and paid with Apple Pay and I have the wallet receipt on my phone. They denied my exchange and said it had to be refunded only but I need coolant for my vehicle. If I was given the wrong item in the first place I wouldn’t have to deal with this. I will definitely follow up the corporate chain due to the horrible service and unprofessional demeanor at this store by “Stacey”. To make it even worse I went to the Palmdale blvd location and they helped me out no problem and apologized for being given the wrong bottle of coolant. DONT GO TO THIS AUTOZONE GO TO OREILYS HALF A MILE DOWN THE STREET. Regional / District managers need to have a talk with this lady she’s representing autozone horribly and she definitely is not happy with herself and takes it out on PAYING CUSTOMERS

Today the air valve from the tire of my Dad's truck broke off. Long story short, in hour of need Terry( an employee) went above and beyond to help us. Without him we would not have been able to change our tire. Terry went above and beyond customer service and asked for nothing in return! We got home in time for dinner!
