This event happened today 1/30/25 @ approximately 4:45pm. No stars. The assistant manager very rude and aggressive. When I handed him my battery to charge he ripped it from my hands and I was so offended by his words he was speaking under his breathe. When he eventually handed my battery back he lunged it at me! I did not get these 2 men's names but it was the assistant manager and main manager cursing and screaming at us making us get loud back. Very awful experience. I do not recommend this store location to anyone there is another AutoZone not even a mile up the road from this one. New opening and I'm very disappointed.

After leaving the Washington Lane location empty handed, I came to this one which I didn't know existed. The store was brand new and was fully stocked. I purchased a new battery and the employee who sold it to me swapped out my old battery with the new one. They're truly helpful there🙏🏽

Sai or the team member that helped me with the name closest to this name helped me in a very difficult predicament. My car battery has just died and he went above and beyond to provide an adequate and safe solution to help me get back on the road. It’s not often I find good help at AutoZone, I usually research what I need and pick it up- as to not deal with confusion or more time there than needed. I’ll end with saying sai” is an incredibly talented team member and deserves a promotion!
