Justin is the shit!!!!!!! Justin is the manager of the store and he goes above and beyond. Give bro a raise!!!! Idk how to get this corporate but they need to give him at least a 20k raise cause he helped me 2 days in the row and took off a lot of hardships off my mind. That boy good!!!!

Aaron who works in the back servicing auto garages & other private businesses was extremely professional, patient, knowledgeable and courteous. I came in to return a sensor and to get new windshield wipers for my Mini Cooper. He answered all of my questions, helped me without hesitation & renewed my faith in employees who take customer service seriously.

Came in for a full tune up for my civic wipers and a battery and the employee Hector knew exactly what I needed without really looking at anything on the computer he also installed my battery and wipers in the span of like 10 minutes this kid is a expert ask for Hector if your there!!

Be cautious at this AutoZone (Store 180, Duncannon Ave). I bought front and rear brakes on Saturday, April 5th. Took them to my mechanic today, Tuesday, April 8th, only to find out the front brake pads were completely wrong for my car. I had to buy the correct pads directly from my mechanic (Rhawn Automotive). When I went back to AutoZone today to return the incorrect front pads they sold me, they refused the return! Their reason? The front pads weren't listed on my receipt (#30757). I know I purchased both front and rear sets, so this seems like an error made during checkout (Reg 10/CSR30), not my fault. The store was busy, but refusing a return for incorrect parts they provided, possibly due to their receipt error, is terrible service. Huge waste of my time and money. Double-check everything if you shop here. Now I have to deal with corporate. Very disappointed!

Had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Angel! He helped me find the right battery, swapped out the old one, and installed the new one—all with excellent customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommend!

I went here to get new windshield wipers. The staff helped me get the correct ones for my model car and even installed them for free. Their customer service was great!

This location really came in clutch for me. Let me start by saying that I was already irritated because I had bought a battery from another AutoZone on Adams Avenue, but was told after waiting awhile that they Ms not install my battery for me because they were backed up. There were only 3 or 4 people in line. I was willing to wait, but they refused and told me to go to the AutoZone on Duncannon. So I get to the Duncannon location and the people working there couldn’t be more nice and helpful. Hector removed my old car battery and installed the new one and also give me some tips of other helpful tips. Justin, the supervisor, was also very helpful and empathetic about the situation. He was really surprised that I was turned away, especially after buying the car battery at the other location. They really turn my night around just by their great customer service. I definitely recommend this location for your car needs and Hector and Justin need a raise!
