I have been to this AutoZone many times and every time I come in to ask a question about any parts or any advice, the manager gets mad whenever he has to actually do his job. He never wants to get up off of his chair to help you look for any items. In fact, every single time I have entered the store he is always sitting down doing nothing. I went in asking if he could check if there were any 10mm wrenches since everything was in disarray in the store and he didn't even bother checking in the store or in the back. He's always got a bad attitude for no reason even though he never gets up off of his chair and does anything useful. No wonder why everything is in the wrong spot and I can't find anything in the store.

The manager there was terrible, he has to be one of the most ignorant managers I ever met. As i walked up for him to help me he already had an attitude. I asked for 8 ignition coils he brought one box up, I asked him was there 8 in there to confirm he laughed at me like a unprofessional child. Then to top it off I went home to install them and found out he gave me the wrong ones. Then I came back to return them he didn't even feel like helping me, he quickly tried to give me a refund. He obviously hates his job and tries to take it out on everyone he comes in contact with. Autozone needs to fire him asap.

Maurice replaced my battery was absolutely incredible, went to tip and he didn’t accept he’s an excellent guy and this place (Maurice) fixed my car right up!!

Maurice was great, he made sure I was buying the right wiper blades to fit my car, and installed them as a courtesy. Great service!

Today I took my car in to my usual mechanic for a battery change. They ordered the battery from Autozone at 2:45pm, paid for in full online upon order. An hour later the battery had not been delivered. My mechanic called and the Autozone employee said it was marked as delivered and had no clue what we were talking about when we said it had not been delivered. It was later revealed that the Autozone employee just wanted to leave for the day and was marking all orders as delivered regardless of status. Autozone then assures us it will be delivered in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later my mechanic calls back. A new autozone employee says he also had no clue what we were talking about, was incapable of reviewing the order, and offered no assistance. My mechanic then went out of his pocket to have his staff go pick up another battery (on top of the one that had been errantly marked as delivered) himself. Finally - no thanks to the sham, travesty and mockery that is Autozone - we had a battery and we were all able to get on our way...3 hours later...1.5 hours after my mechanic was supposed to be closed on a Friday evening! Due to the gross, malicious incompetence of Autozone, we collectively lost probably 10 hours of time and my mechanic now has to fight with Autozone over the phantom "delivered" battery. Truly a traveshamockery of epic proportions. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER deal with Autozone - even tangentially. This incompetence can only be by design to beat down the customer. Gone are the days of even mediocre customer service. This place is a clown operation. The manager should be fired for failure to train any of their staff and the entire staff requires retraining. 0 stars. The worst consumer experience in my 41 years - which is pretty amazing since I didn't even contract with Autozone. At a minimum they should (i) apologize profusely to my mechanic and myself, (ii) comp the battery, and (iii) provide us a status update of the retraining of their incompetent staff. But they'll do nothing. Because they are GROSSLY incompetent.

I had the absolute worst customer service experience ever with Mr. Dobsone. I’m flabbergasted that he’s a manager. I went because my check engine light is on. I went in the store and asked if he could help assist me with putting my car on the diagnostic machine and he rudely said “you can do it yourself “ remind you I have no idea what I’m doing and I explain that to him. He rudely told me where to look and how to do it. I went out to the car and took pictures so he could direct me where to put the machine. He barely wanted to answer my question. After 2-3 minutes I found the spot and connected it to the car. After the machine read done I took it back to him. He then proceeds to give me a print out didn’t explain to me the diagnostic codes or anything. Still I thank him and not to my surprise I got no response. Remind you it was only 1 customer in the store at this time. I read the paper once I returned to the car and all I needed was a fuel tank cap. Something that Mr.Dobsone could have found in the store and I could have purchased right there!! Because of his poor customer service I will take my money and spend it with an establishment that values customer service! I will never return here EVER again!!!
