I was looking for clear floor mats for my new vehicle. I reached out to the Auto Zone located on Grand River and Drake in Farmington Hills. I engaged with Aaron M., a new manager in training. Aaron was so kind and patient with me. He said that he had a set of clear floor mats in stock and would set them aside for me. When I arrived at the store location, Aaron not only showed the identified set to me, but physically demonstrated that the selected set fit my vehicle perfectly. Upon purchase, Aaron trimmed the front mats and placed them in my car. The mats for the rear were kept intact and used as a protective cover for my trunk. The experience just doesn’t get any better than the personal attention and care I received during this experience. Very pleased with the purchased product and the service!

My teenagers were having issues with their car the guy Brian tested the battery which was 100% then figured out it was the battery terminal. He was definitely giving more than good customer service he was showing how much he loves what he does.!!! Thank You Brian

Brian came in on his day off to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced as my terminal on my battery turned out to be bad after purchasing my new battery.
