Came here on 12/26 8pm and the staffs are not helpful at all. Told me they don’t have the item when it’s in shelf, told me the wrong isle number. And when asked for help to find the right tool she told me she’s not good at math and just scrolling on her phone and the proceed to walk away. Bad customer service experience.

Trey was my sales rep today, and he gave me super engaging professional service. I will happily do business with him again. It’s people like him that make me want to come back.

I went to this AutoZone at around 6:30 today 10/01/24 to get my battery replaced since it was not working. The guy who was working was rude and didn’t not want to help saying that it was “dark” and therefore they couldn’t change it. Like what?? Don’t you have a light or something? We ended up going to a different location nearby and they were very helpful and they did change our battery thankfully. I do not recommend you go to this location if you have emergencies. Pretty bad customer service!

I want to this AutoZone 2-3 times and every time I said this is my last time the the employees are very rude they have the worst customer service I will never go back there again waste my time. and only I see this location like that especially the night shift manager

Angel and Nayeli went above and beyond with customer service today! Angel helped us attach the parts to my car which he did not have to do, but did anyways to take care of us. Thank you so much Angel, we will keep coming back to this Autozone because of you!

I'm not one to leave reviews very often at all. Today was one of those rare interactions that deserve to be recognized. I was helped by two very competent and helpful workers. They were Nayeli and Tray, both of which took a lot of their time to help me find out what caused the problem and how they could fix it. At the end I drove away having spent about $20 to fix thc problem. The mechanic quoted me $600 to fix it. AMAZING work. Their manager is very lucky to have them on his team. Thank you guys.

Didn’t ask for help or greet me as I walked in, even though though they did to everyone else. Definitely didn’t take me seriously as I am a small young woman. When I did ask a question seemed annoyed and didn’t help.

Nayeli did amazing job, she helped me and my husband with taking out a battery and replacing one for our mom’s truck. Very very people person. Very sweet.
