Great location and clean store. However, the female manager that was there was micro managing my shopping experience. She helped me get what I needed but was like a helicopter staff, not letting me touch and get anything on my own. It was weird

No one says hello when you walk in all the people are leaning on the counter on their phones not helping it’s very unwelcoming I came in and the manager was on his phone and had a very rude attitude I believe his name was Mirek it is very sad to see that even the older generations are getting lazier and the state of this country and why there needs to be changes I am switching to advance auto from now on these people are terrible

My complaint isn't store specific. I was in three different locations and all 3 had the wrong parts in the computer for my 2018 explorer. Front brakes and roter are wrong. .You will get the wheel off and find out the hard way, that you're screwed. I will not be using them unless I can go w old part in hand. Very annoying going back and forth, only to find the correct items at Parts Authority.

My car battery died so I stopped here for help - Eric was so helpful and changed my battery while also teaching me about the process! It was a great experience and I will absolutely use and recommend this Auto Zone moving forward!

The lady who works there with glasses is very rude. I tried to return an oil filter and just because I couldn't find the receipt she told me to hurry up because she didn't have time and that she had other things to do.
