The auto zone is Baldwin , on Sunrise highway!!!! The team is Amazing!!!! I walked in 15 minutes before closing for 9 PM. It was super dark outside. They were able to test my old battery and install my new battery. It is cold outside and one of the team members quickly volunteered to install the battery with a smile on his face. Thank you Auto Zone!!! I felt very comfortable , at ease and happy . Big shout out to the closing team.

Not pleasant at all terrible customer service the young kids behind the counter don’t know car parts they don’t pay attention asking over and over what car what year what side after already telling them what was needed, they show you the screen to ask you if anything I see is what’s needed because they don’t know what we’re asking for . Also being a commercial account I get told “commercial is closed” i need to go to lunch” instead of helping me quickly then going . Worst customer service ever , they don’t know the return policy’s or any informative information about shipping there .You should all go to Advanced Auto Parts on Long Beach Rd instead much better service , more knowledgeable and the commercial manager is there all day like it should be.

Went to the Baldwin store on Sunrise Highway, Brianna was at the register. She was very sweet. Professional put my wiper blades on when I wasn’t kind of paying attention which was kind of rude of me lol I went back into the store to apologize. I think the manager was there another nice young girl, very appreciative very nice very friendly. I just want to make sure that I sent the good news about the store.
