I'm writing to provide feedback on my recent visits to Store #2983, which is conveniently located near my garage. As a frequent customer, I appreciate the store's proximity and services. However, during my winter visits, I've noticed that the store's temperature is consistently quite low. While I understand that winter brings colder weather, I believe the store's temperature should be maintained at a comfortable level for both customers and employees. I'm concerned that the current temperature may be affecting the shopping experience and employee well-being. One of the second worst auto zone i been too. The young lady there didn’t even try to assist me. She helped her co workers before helping me & the store was empty. I told her what i needed & got a very rude response.

When I arrived I was greeted by the employees and Karen, the Store manager. Karen was very helpful in my last second dilemma. She assisted me in what I needed immediately and was extremely knowledgeable and informative. She needs a promotion!

The prices are reasonable and they have been in the neighborhood for years. They always have the items that I need for my car, whether it’s cleaning supplies or for an oil change. They have excellent knowledge staff and they provide great customer service. Today, Alfonso helped me with selecting the best options for what I needed. He’s professional, courageous and knowledgeable… Thanks Alfonso… I’d definitely recommend this Auto Zone to shop for your vehicle needs!

I purchased a battery for my car, only to find that it was defective. When I returned to the store to exchange it under warranty, the manager confronted me in an aggressive manner. Not only did he raise his voice, but he also resorted to using racist language, making the experience incredibly uncomfortable and frustrating. I was not allowed to proceed with the battery exchange, which left me feeling disrespected and unheard. It's evident that new management is urgently needed at this location. If you take a look at the comments section below, you’ll find several others who have encountered similar issues, highlighting a pattern of unacceptable behavior that needs to be addressed.
