Rob was incredibly helpful while helping me pick out the specific air freshener clip I was looking for. He made sure all my questions were answered and even looked in the back to see if you carried the specific pink sands yankee candle clip! He is super helpful and one of the best people there! He ensured my experience at Autozone was great and I will definitely be back to ask for his help again! Thank you so much Rob!

James saved the day! I went to visit the Massapequa location to purchase and install my battery. I asked a few of the younger associates and they told me they didn’t know how. James the manager grabbed the tools and my new battery and instilled it quickly with no problems. I would only go back to this location for his expertise.

Writing this to shoutout your wonderful employee, Aydan. I came to the store to make a return and pick up an online order. Even though the store did not have my pickup order on record, Aydan was polite and patient, and made the exchange go as smoothly as possible. He was great with helping me install my new headlights as well, let alone early in the morning and in the freezing cold. I'm so appreciative of how helpful he was for me today! :)
