Ok place for sure. Have a positive customer service orientation. Helped me twice with testing battery and charging system. Diag done, had an alternator the fit and fixed truck. Good job.

We needed to get a new battery for my wife's car and we pulled in 3 minutes before closing on a Tuesday night. Ben (Manager) and Dan were cordial and quick to accommodate us with the change out on site and had us out of there in ten minutes. Excellent service from both and would use them again plus recommend them to family or friend for needs like this. Thanks Guys!!!

Two employees working, no one else in there, asked for help identifying the correct rear wiper blades for a couple vehicles. They seemed annoyed I asked for help to look up on computer. No offer to help install like other places, and asked me if i wanted the 5 cents back for change. Weird experience, would probably go elsewhere next time.

The staff that are working here have little knowledge. They almost need google to find the answers most of the time. They also enjoy just hanging out, and smoking. Not very helpful at all. Need to get proper managers, and more staff with auto experience. It's okay to have a percentage of individuals that aren't knowledgeable, just not everyone. I've visited this store a few times in a week to see the same issue.
