Today Emiliano really went the extra mile for me as he provided fantastic customer service as he helped me get the right coolant and even put some in my car and I couldn't be more grateful as I'm a bit handicapped. Give that man a raise as AutoZone is very lucky to have such an excellent customer service oriented employee who indeed goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. The employees at this autozone have been the most helpful and positive people they’ve gone above and beyond to help me my car decided to take the biggest dump possible from speakers to exhaust , fuel injectors and battery all at the same time with the help of Matthew Ruiz who is by far one of the most reliable helpful, informed and understanding people you can come across we got it up and running. I don’t know much about cars at all and he broke it down step by step in ways and words I could understand to get the job done. The managers here are top tier as well how they speak of and to their employees while they’re there and not there is amazing you can tell they really care for their people it was only positive and uplifting you don’t see or hear that often it’s refreshing and shows real care and direction for their people’s future and wanting to lift them up. I’m very happy and am able to breath and destress from all the chaos that happened all at once. I just wanna say thank you for the help the time the effort and the genuine care. It was smiles calm energy and reassurance the whole way through. it’s appreciated and seen I will only go here from now on and only recommend this autozone to everybody. Had to give a shout out once again thank you it meant a lot.

Emiliano is the best! Such a professional, helpful, kind young man. Had my battery replaced quickly and then took the extra step to check everything else just so I could be sure it was all OK. I really appreciate the great service!
