Pulled up with a dead battery pretty late too car wouldn’t start in there parking lot didn’t have time to charge and inspect it so bought a new one a young employee name jesse didn’t hesitate to volunteer to install it for me and my girl overall he was a outstanding guy professional and friendly and really helpful thanks a lot bro

This review is in regard to the AutoZone on Long Beach Blvd and Bennett. Shout out to Emmanuel and Jose. I absolutely, admittedly do not take time out of my day to write reviews but had to for these two gents. I came in last night and needed some assistance with some rims for my Yaris and Jose and Emmanuel went out of their way to be kind and helpful to me. Emmanuel took his time to help me find rims that would fit for my Yaris and went back and forth to make sure they would be a good fit for me, he was kind and treated me with respect. Super nice, cool and professional dude. Jose pulled all the stops on his customer service and when there was a price discrepancy with the rims I was trying to buy, he cut me a discount for the confusion and let it be known that I had a reward/discount I was able to use to save me money. THEN he was off his shift and I flagged him down being the girl that was clueless on my car and he literally took time off his shift to show me how to put my first rim on and watched me do the second one so I could learn. Truly a gentleman. I was treated with respect and kindness and never felt like a girl who was taken advantage of. This is HUGE! Thank you both of you for being so wonderful when I was stressing out over my car. So thankful I was able to get the help I needed and that the parts were available. It gave me such peace of mind and I can’t even express how wonderful of a feeling it was to take care of it myself with the assistance of some pretty rad dudes and not feel like I “needed a man”. I was independent while learning at the same time and that was a great feeling. Thank you both so much for your time and efforts, it did not go unnoticed! I hope this review helps you guys get a raise or free gift cards or something because you deserve it. Come on corporate! 😀💪🤘🏼🫶🏽

One of the worst places a lot of people on line and two employees, one helping and the other one “manager taking call after call” then in order to pay we have to wait because he was taking care of an internal transfer. Don’t we as customers should we have priority? I will never come to this location.

I have no complaints about AZ. Every time I go there everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable for the most part.
