Hello! Last Thursday at 5:00pm I went to AutoZone to order an alternator for a 2019 Kia Sedona and a battery for a 2021 Mazda 6. Both were not in store so they said they would request them from their Gardena store and would have them the following morning by 9:30am. I paid for both items. My boyfriend came at 9:30 to pick both items up. The battery was there and not the alternator. They said that it must be coming in the next delivery at 12:30. He returned at that time and it still wasn’t there. After work I called and they said it was in! I came at 4:15. However, they said it still wasn’t there and to come back after the last delivery at 5:00. I complained because we had already been there 3 times and were getting the runaround. I left and returned at 5:15 and it still wasn’t there. Finally, someone called the Gardena store and realized that the computer was in error. Although their computer said the battery was in stock, there was actually no battery on the shelf, and they returned my money. We wasted an entire day. I lost appointments with 2 mechanics and my car is still sitting here in pieces. I was not satisfied with the service at this location. We ended up driving 15 miles away to a shop in Anaheim who actually had the part in stock. I would’ve done that in the first place if they just would’ve told me it wasn’t there. I am extremely disappointed in their service.

I came into autozone stressed because I experienced a hit and run at a nearby target. I unfortunately have my left side bumper hanging off and was in need of desperate assistance Ruben was wonderful at assisting, he recommend what kind of tape would be useful for my situation and also did not hesitate to help with applying the tape until I am able to get my car fixed. My windshield wipers were in need of replacement, so I decided to visit the local store for assistance. I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Brandon M. He provided outstanding customer service from the moment I arrived. Brandon was not only professional but also genuinely kind and helpful. He took the time to explain the different options available and helped me select the wipers that would be the best fit for my vehicle. To my surprise, he even offered to help me with the installation. His expertise made the entire process smooth and easy, and I truly appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond. Thanks to Brandon, my windshield wipers are now functioning perfectly!
